Create storages and data syncs via MCP

AI agents and assistants connected to Frontic can now create storages and data syncs directly through the MCP integration. Previously, these core objects could only be read via MCP; now agents can set them up from scratch — including scope, channel, and locale mappings — without opening the admin interface. This enables fully automated project onboarding and pipeline setup workflows.

  • New create_storage tool creates a storage with either a default or commerce type

  • New create_data_sync tool creates a data sync connecting an integration feed to a storage, with optional scope/channel/locale mappings
