Navigate the admin from your keyboard — command palette, shortcuts, and a help sheet

Public Beta: Shortcuts and Commands is live in public beta. We're actively gathering feedback from early users and shipping improvements over the coming weeks. Want beta access or have a feature request? Get in touch — we're shaping the final scope around real user needs.

The admin app now has a comprehensive keyboard shortcut system with a command palette at its center. Press ⌘K to open the palette and instantly jump to any section, search for records, or trigger actions on the current page. Press ? to open a searchable help sheet showing every shortcut available in your current context — always up to date, never out of sync.

Every list, record, and page is navigable entirely from the keyboard. Use arrows or j/k to move through lists, Enter or o to open an item, and Esc to step back through whatever you had open. Navigation chords — g then a letter — take you directly to any major section in a single quick sequence.

  • ⌘K opens the command palette: navigate sections, search records, and run page actions from one place

  • ? opens a searchable keyboard shortcut reference, grouped by context (lists, records, editor, buddy)

  • Navigation chords (e.g., g then h for Home, g then b for Blocks) jump to any section instantly

  • Per-page shortcuts (c to create, / to search) and j/k list navigation work throughout the admin

  • All shortcuts are discoverable via the help sheet and the user menu
